Tara (Trade Alternative Reform Action) defend the rights of the poor taking an active step against child labour by only employing adults and offering them the security of long term contracts. The project teaches it's employees professional skills enabling them to earn an income and support a family. Tara have also run campaings against child labour established sixteen schools and set up vocational training centres for children.
